Who Are We?
Strategy execution is a prerequisite to breakthrough results and fundamental to success. Achieving the best quality in levels of sales through negotiations is challenging, and many organizations cannot actualize their targets because they lack the skills and capabilities for successful sales negotiations.
The Center for Strategy & Management helps organizations overcome this challenge through carefully structured trainings (methodologies, tools and tactics) - thus improving their approaches and empowering their sales negotiation teams and ultimately their competitive advantage.
